Trial & Returns
It’s how you can rest assured you’re going to love Kids Couch. We’re 100% confident in the product, so we want you to find out it’s 100% great for you. For 30 days after delivery of Kids Couch, try it out! Keep it if it’s everything you imagined (or hadn't even thought of yet!), or send us a note if you were hoping for something else — we’ll be happy to walk you through the steps to initiate a return. PLEASE NOTE that the 30-Day Trial does not apply to the following: US & International orders, colour exchanges, Cover Sets, Cushion Sets, Gift Card purchases, orders of two Kids Couches or more, and orders placed after your first Kids Couch purchase.
Each customer is eligible for one trial period on their first Kids Couch purchase. Only one Kids Couch from your first order will be eligible for the trial, so if you’re not sure if it’s the right fit for your children, we recommend starting with one Kids Couch and hopefully adding on to your collection later! Products must remain in a clean and undamaged condition to be eligible for trial. The trial begins at delivery and does not apply to orders shipped to the US and Internationally, orders that have used the product warranty, or orders of two or more Kids Couches, and it’s only for the Kids Couch itself (see Return Policy below for info about returning eligible Cover Sets, Cushion Sets). Please note that the option for trial is forfeited if a warranty claim is processed.
When your first Kids Couch arrives, you’ll have 30 days to test it out from the comfort of your home. Use it to build forts, castles, and rocket ships, or make a lounge area for family movie night with your kids — the possibilities are truly endless, and you can use it however you’d like. If your family isn’t loving it within that first month, send us an email hello@kidscouch.ca and we'll be happy to help you initiate a return.
All unopened Kids Couch products are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. For full Kids Couches, this means that the Kids Couch must still be wrapped up in its burrito in the box to be eligible for return. Cover Sets and Cushion Sets must remain in the original clear plastic interior liner with the adhesive seal still intact, and must be returned in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please send a picture of your unopened product to hello@kidscouch.ca with the subject line “Return Order #(Your order number)”. We will respond with the return shipping address. Please note that as we provide free shipping, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that returns do not apply to the following: US & International orders, orders of two or more Kids Couches/Cover Sets/Cushion sets and Gift Card purchases
Kids Couch was made for imagination, relaxation, and everything in between, which means that their zippers, seams, and handles should stand up to everyday use. Our products come with a limited one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects that functionally impair the look or use of your product. If you come across a defect, email hello@kidscouch.ca with 2-3 pictures of the issue, along with your order confirmation number so that we can help! It’s our way of saying we don’t just sit on Kids Couch — we stand behind it.
The warranty only applies to products purchased directly from kidscouch.ca or from a retail partner, within a year of purchase, and will only be honoured for the individual who made the purchase. If your Kids Couch was purchased secondhand, it will not be covered by the limited one-year warranty.
